Due to the number of participating runners, the area by the starting line will be congested. Marathon staff will hold numbered signs along the starting line. Runners are advised to line up behind the numbered sign that includes your number. There may be slower runners in line before you. Please do not attempt anything that will endanger other runners or disrupt a smooth start.

Acupressure massage servicewill be available in the sub arena.

The Baggage Storage Area is located in the gymnasium. The 2008 Okinawa Marathon Headquarters, its sponsors and staffs, will not be explicitly or implicitly responsible for securing personal properties. Each runners must be responsble for his or her personal property.

On the day of the marathon,there will be a pay paggage Check-in service(¥500). Tickets for the pay baggage check-in service will be available on Feb.23rd (Sat) or Feb.24th(Sun),please utilize our services.
Number Card Drop BOXes will be set up by the Gymnasium. Your number cards confirm your final registration to paeticipate in the marathon. If you fail to drop your number card into any one of the designated Number Card Drop Boxes, your registration will be treated as incomplete and you will not be issued any Finisher's Certficate of Official Time Proof. (Official Federation runners must abide by this procedure)
Water and sponges will be provided every 5 km after the first time checkpoint.   If you are having own bottles(called special bottle), Please bring it to the Special Drink Reception Desk within Information booth in front of the main stadium.   Special bottle will be accepted between 7:00 and 8:00.
